We at Simple World are very proud to launch the first edition of the Overseas Property Trader (OPT). The OPT is a trading name of Simple World Limited and is designed to give you a sample selection of our Worldwide Overseas Properties.

For the last year, we at Simple World have been working very hard in establishing ourselves within the market place and weeding out the good from the bad in terms of quality overseas developments.

Within these pages you will see a selection of Overseas Properties that will give you an idea of what is on offer. The main factor to remember here is that we run a “Property Finder Programme”, a bespoke service for each individual client, based on criteria given for any destination, property type or budget.

The Overseas Property Trader is distributed nationwide and will be a FREE-to-take publication located throughout a number of well-known supermarket chains in the UK, such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
